Full Stack Web Developer (Laravel Experience Advantageous) - Oxfordshire My client is an ambitious, growing agency, specialising in the design and development of websites, applications, mobile apps, and other business tools. They are looking for a talented Front-End Developer to join their team based in Oxfordshire. They are a small, dynamic, vibrant team of individuals who thrive on a fast-paced work life. Working with a variety of clients, across several sectors, they are willing to take on any challenge that is put in front of them. Therefore, you will be tenacious and happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in whenever the time calls for it. Doing so will involve working with clients that include household names, through to unicorn companies, start-ups and SME’s. Each project is different, and their work is crucial to their clients. They are their partners, not their suppliers. The Role As a Front-End Developer, you will often take ownership and development lead on several projects across a variety of clients. You will also be providing Front End Development support for their experienced Back End Developer. The nature of Agency work means you will be working on a variety of projects at any one time and no day will be the same. In the role you may also be involved in scoping meetings with clients where you will act as both an advisor and ask the questions you will need in order to help produce the specification. With this position, there is a very clear and exciting progression opportunity for those with the ability and drive to help mould the future of the Agency. The role itself will be based from home for now with a view to then being in their Oxfordshire offices where you will work closely with the client services and sales teams, helping to provide valuable insight into the development of upcoming and supporting existing projects.
