Overview

We are recruiting for a leading financial services organiation whose workplace Investing department have a Service Delivery client facing team that is responsible for providing services to Defined Contribution full service pension administration clients and Trustees, as well as representing all aspects of the relationship beyond the investment process, especially, but not limited to, operations and administration. As one of the Process Specialists, you purpose will include: Acting as the main day to day contact for client administration matters in relation to workplace ISAs, e.g. client queries, managing client expectations and acting as an escalation point. Being a key contributor to the development and ongoing maintenance of the client relationship while supporting business goals of retaining and developing clients. Working across a product that allows the employees of their corporate pension clients to join their personal investing products Liaising with a number of internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth set up and service of our 'Invest at Work’ product Working closely with the client contact responsible for day-to-day plan administration Actively monitoring reports and MI to flag and follow up with potential blockers within the process Assisting in initial set up of the service as well as helping ensure transfers from existing accounts held elsewhere are transitioned successfully Due to the nature of these roles, it is essential that you possess detailed knowledge of Investment products (any DB/DC Pensions Administration experience desirable), together with strong presentation and interpersonal skills an awareness of project management and process improvement methodologies and the ability to identify and explain the impact of their actions and the customer needs within the role.
