Claims Handler / Technician - Swansea Our client, a long-established and innovative in- house organisation are currently seeking a Claims Handler / Technician to join their long standing team specialising in a wide range of Motor Insurance matters based in Swansea. The teams enjoy continuing support, not only from managers, but from their Senior Handlers & Solicitors, as well as the wider support structure across the firm. You will be working with and developing alongside a friendly and experienced team. Applications are encouraged from Law Graduates with some experience of working within a pre-litigation personal injury team. Skills required: LLB Graduate with personal injury experience / insurance background Confidence to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) against a task list, with excellent organisation skills and attention to detail Excellent telephony and communication skills Attention to detail and high accuracy This highly regarded client can offer a fantastic benefits/salary package, good quality work as well as a good work life balance.
