Overview
Elevation are recruiting for a part-time HSE/HR Administrator for a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract. The role will be for 20 hours a week and the client has flexibility around these hours Salary: £22,000 pro-rated to 20 hours (£11,733) Responsibilities & Duties: - Keeping records up to date for compliance to the ISO 14001 & 45001 - Closing out actions and updating systems - In-putting risk assessments on to the Velocity system - Auditing and Managing COSHH assessments on site - Typing up meeting minutes - Helping with the organisation and administration of EHS campaigns - Raising of Purchase Orders - Arranging reviews and appointments with employees and department managers - Updating internal PManager system with employee health information and results - Filing employee records Elevation would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences: - Previous HSE/HR Administration desirable - A solid background in carrying out a variety of administrative tasks - Excellent attention to detail coupled with working in a fast paced environment - Ability to form relationships with a diverse range of people at all levels within a business environment - Awareness of confidential information and how this should be handled
