Customer Case Administrator

Our client is seeking a friendly, approachable and personable candidate to join their administration team based in the 'new business' side of their Loan company. From initial enquiry all the way through to funding, you will be handling each case in an effective and professional manner. Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm Annual salary: £18,000 - £27,000 DOE Daily duties: Handling cases form initial enquiry right through to funding Treating each customer as a potential case/client and therefore creating a seamless process for all Obtain an up to date knowledge on loans To ensure all tasks are dealt with in line with company procedures and FCA regulatory guidelines Withhold strict compliance with regulatory requirements in ensure client, customer and supplier confidentiality Following scripts when necessary, manage both inbound and outbound calls Have an up to date knowledge of company procedures to battle any conflict or queries Professionally asses each case and make the most suitable decisions in line with company policy, procedures and customer needs Making logical underwriting decisions, qualifying customers for creditworthiness and affordability, prior to any funding To minimise the risk to the business with a strong focus on fraud avoidance To proactively manage a pipeline of cases To provide a high level of customer service at all stages of the process Support other departments whenever necessary It is essential you: Have an understanding of affordability and the associated issues I&E understanding Ability to analyse and interpret reports Are PC literate Have an impeccable eye for detail Can communicate well both verbally and written Strong industry knowledge of the consumer finance market Please bear in mind that you may not hear from us straight away.
