Employment Solicitor Manchester This leading Top 50 national practice in Manchester is currently recruiting into its Employment team. They are looking for an Employment Solicitor to join them in their ultra-modern Manchester city centre offices The Role The role is for an Employment Solicitor to join a busy team in their Manchester office where they will be carrying their own caseload across a varied caseload of both contentious and non-contentious matters including: Employment Tribunal Claims Unfair Dismissal Discrimination Settlement Agreements TUPE Redundancies Employment Contracts Staff Handbooks and Policy About You You will: Be a junior- mid level respondent Employment Solicitor around 1-5 years PQE Have respondent employment law experience from a recognised practice with a strong employment team Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills Be innovative and commercial in your thinking The Team and Firm - Flexible and Inclusive as the default position The overall team is split nationally, and the Manchester team is led by a well known and liked experienced Partner.
