Busy accountancy practice experiencing growth - Accounts semi senior - Bolton - Up to £25,000 (DOE) Your new firm A small well-established firm of chartered accountants based in Bolton are looking to appoint an Accounts semi senior as they are experiencing high levels of growth. The firm are continuously taking on new clients, this would be an excellent job opportunity for someone to gain experience within a growing firm. Your new role As an accounts semi senior you will be preparing full sets of accounts to partner review with turnovers ranging up to £2mil for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. You will also be involved with personal tax returns, VAT returns and both on site and off site bookkeeping for the clients. You will be directly involved with liaising and building relationships with a broad range of clients. What you'll need to succeed The partners are looking to appoint who has previous experience working within an accountancy practice who is capable of preparing accounts to partner review for a range of clients. As this is a client facing role you will need to possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. The firm use Sage, Quickbooks and Iris software; any experience with any of these systems would be beneficial. This is a hands role whereby you will need to be able to work efficiently to meet client's needs and deadlines. What you'll get in return In return the firm are offering a competitive salary of up to £25,000 dependant on experience, and an extensive benefit package including study support if required, holidays, pension and free parking. The firm work 09:00 - 17:00 and are looking into operating a flexitime policy. They are located close to public transport links and can offer both autonomous working and hands on training.
