Overview
Connaught Resourcing are interested to hear from NHS 111 Pathways Trained Call Handlers / Health Advisors who are looking for ongoing agency work. This role will suit someone who is looking for flexible work, perhaps to top up a permanent role, or someone who is interested in full time agency work. About Us: Experts within the NHS 111 sector and have been supporting the service for a number of years Excellent relationships with key clients within 111 First class payroll and compliance team Honest and transparent We can offer: High quality service to all of our agency staff Excellent pay rates which are in line with our competitors Flexible working Simple registration process Dedicated consultant who can offer advice and support on a long term basis About the role: Our client is based in West London and is looking to increase their pool of agency staff due to an uplift in call volumes. There are a range of hours available from part time to 50 hours, our client is particularly interested to hear from candidates who have availability in the evenings and over the weekend, although the call centre is open 24 hours per day. At a minimum you must commit to 12 hours per week which will on a rolling contract. All candidates will be required to complete a three day local induction prior to booking shifts. To be considered for this role you will need to fulfil the following criteria: You are currently working on the 111 service in the role of Call Handler / Health Advisor, or have done so within the last six months You must be trained up to at least V17 of Pathways, the client is willing to offer V18 to those who can commit on a long term basis Please send your CV to Laura Evans to facilitate an informal conversation in the first instance.
