Sales Manager Plymouth £35,000 to £40,000 / Annum Basic - £60,000 On Target Earnings Our client is seeking a Sales Controller or Sales Manager who is looking for the next challenge in their career. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, and proactive Sales Manager with strong sales skills and motor trade experience. The Successful Applicant Will be a Motor Trade Sales Controller or Sales Manager who can drive sales volumes, and deliver profits in line with the sales budget. · Can lead the team and control the sales process. Will be focussed on delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Manage the supply of new and used vehicles. Manage the used vehicle pricing and stock policy. Drive sales campaigns and promotions to maximise sales. Have excellent organisational, motivational and team building skills.
