Legal Secretary Ipswich up to £23,500 PA 9am -5pm Monday to Friday Opportunity Our client is a recognised leader in both commercial and personal law and are expanding their team. Previous Legal Secretarial experience would be an advantage but if you are an experienced secretary, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities Working as part of the secretarial and administrative team in managing the workload of the department, and ensuring effective secretarial cover is maintained, assisting and supporting as required including PA duties to fee earners. Word processing / typing and collating correspondence and other documents from audio / digital dictation, amending and formatting documents quickly and accurately. Day to day typing of letters. Taking messages accurately and passing on as appropriate. Creating and amending legal documents. Organising travel arrangements and any other ad hoc duties as and when required. What we're looking for Secretarial experience is essential Excellent audio typing experience is essential Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Professional and positive approach toward clients and colleagues Strong written and oral communication skills
