Overview
Care and Support Worker (Personal Assistant) Experience of working with children and /or adults with disabilities and autism is essential. Full & part time posts available including relief work. £12 an hour There are a range of hours and shifts available, plus holiday pay and pension scheme. Are you caring, creative and inspiring and want to make a difference? We are currently recruiting Personal Assistant/s to expand our outstanding team that provide a high level of care to two young adult siblings who are assisted to live independently within their shared home, local community and beyond. You will work closely with other personal assistants within the team as well as work on your own, once fully inducted. You will provide one to one support that meets the person centred needs of these thoroughly inspiring individuals, each with their own unique personality and zest for life. What matters most is that you have the right care values - helping create a loving, motivational environment that promotes inclusion, equality and diversity and ultimately reflects the needs, wishes and aspirations of those that you support.
