About Our Service - The Studio The Studio is a day service and a community enabling service for disabled adults. The service aims to provide recreational, educational and therapeutic opportunities for individuals attending our services. We offer activities such as life skills, access to technology, music, health and wellbeing, creative expressive arts and environmental and outdoor studies. We work closely with our customers, their families and professionals to support individuals by offering meaningful activities that not only promote, but encourage lifelong learning, self-expressive skills, as well as engagement and inclusion. About this Role At Upper Springland, we prefer passion in people over experience, new ideas, and we like creative thinking over experience. However, experience is also welcomed Upper Springland staff enable people with a range of disabilities to lead lives to the full, working closely with each other to support and enable people by offering meaningful activities. What We're Looking For We are looking to recruit Relief Support Workers who are energetic, enthusiastic, and are motivated to join our creative and dynamic team, providing care and support. Your role will involve delivering health related practises, in which training will be provided. No experience is necessary but you must be able and willing to work flexibly.
