Then Keane Premier Support Service is the place for you We are looking for motivated individuals to join our caring and dedicated support workers to help our service users achieve aims and outcomes detailed in personalised support plans. Your main responsibilities will be: Support service users in all aspects of personal care. Support service users with medication where required. Assist service users to meet their nutritional needs. Carry out housekeeping duties. Assist service users with finances as per company policy. Ensure service users have access to healthcare. Utilise all communication methods to listen and talk to service users Encourage relationships service users have with family, friends and wider community. At all times, be mindful of equality and diversity, and behave in a culturally sensitive manner. Be aware of adult protection issues and report accordingly.
