Overview
Salary: £9.00 per hour Location: Midlothian Full Time and Part Time Positions Available Sleepovers may be required in some services and waking nights in others Could you support someone with a learning disability to live a good life? We are looking for enthusiastic, caring; committed and motivated individuals to support adults with learning disabilities develop skills and live a fulfilling life. St Joseph’s Services mainly provides housing support/ care at home services to adults within their own homes. We also have a care home in Midlothian for adults with a learning disability. You will be part of a friendly staff team and you will help the people we support do the things that they enjoy, to follow their interests and to develop friendships in the local area – enabling the people we support to grow and prosper as citizens in their community. Although advantageous no previous experience is necessary as we will support staff to obtain the required qualifications i.e. HNC Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care – full induction training will also be provided.
