A fantastic opportunity to work for HubStars, a fully managed Software as a Service platform that allows digital marketing entrepreneurs and businesses to deliver a bespoke online dating app for their customers. Combined the total dating user population is circa 15 million members worldwide with about 20k new user registrations per day. Our platform is delivered via hundreds of Progressive Web Apps with a centralised “white label”/branding engine. The HubStars platform manages every aspect needed to run your own dating app from branding & design to customer care and subscription management. The platform is a 24/7, worldwide service that operates in all English and Spanish speaking countries. We offer billing in 9 different currencies and serve a wide variety of communities and niche interests. Digital Marketing Manager​ Role: With our business growing at an outstanding rate we have an opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a full time basis in our West Coast office. You will be working alongside brand owners to develop successful multi channel digital marketing campaigns. We offer a competitive basic salary of £26,000-£30,000 depending on your experience and on target earnings up to £36,000. Digital Marketing Manager Key Skills and Experience (must haves): Google Ads Bing Ads Facebook Google analytics Marketing degree or equivalent Excellent organisational skills, project/deadline management, and time management. Self-starter – able to take tasks and run with them, and keep pushing to get stuff done on time with minimal supervision. Attention to detail and accuracy in all work. Enthusiasm and passion for the web industry and new developments/technologies. Strong presentation skills (both verbal and written) Advantageous skills and experience Beginner/intermediate HTML/CSS Understanding and experience of usability, conversion rate optimisation, or mobile app builds. Full driving license and own transport. Digital Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities: Working with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram and all other Social Media, SEO and Email campaigns Continually work towards web partner revenue growth On-going reporting and analysis of partner performance Providing strategic direction to partners to help improve their growth and revenue opportunities. Continually achieve targets set by Management in line with business strategy. Monitoring and analysing results of all campaigns and conversion optimisation rates. Attend global events on behalf of the company, as and when required.
