Commercial Manager – High growth Online Retailer Commercial Manager - An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a proven Commercial Manager to ensure price and product are aligned in order to achieve maximum revenue on behalf of a rapidly growing online retailer. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead, design and grow the Commercial function of the business in 2020. The successful Commercial Manager will be responsible for achieving a clear pricing strategy, aligned to the needs of the business and associated business goals for 2020 and double digit revenue growth. Commercial Manager Responsibilities: Strive to achieve real-time pricing (optimally matching people with price, product and time) Establish agreed standards in the way in which the effectiveness of pricing tests with colleagues around the business are effective Build business cases for functional improvements in platforms that will enable the implementation of new price expressions Ensure that price optimisation results are always available for the proactive guidance of senior management/board level pricing decisions, bringing rigour and certainty with the impact of these decisions Lead the company in the investigation and application of new pricing models to maximise reach and revenue Develop Supply Chain and Forecasting To be successful in this role, the Commercial Manager will possess the following key skills: Highly numerate/analytically minded and able to solve complex logical challenges Strong Interpersonal skills (and ability to influence both up and across the organisation) Ability to work independently and manage/prioritise own workload Strong Excel skills, demonstrating the ability to interpret and manipulate data into meaningful business conclusions and actions Excellent leadership and Management skills Commercial Manager - Apply now for more information and immediate consideration.
