The Company Work for a global, creative commerce agency and help brands grow in a new-age economy and omnichannel world. Understand, shape and change consumer behaviour across retail, digital, ecommerce, mobile and everything in between. The Opportunity The organisation is currently developing a number of products for the retail space, with the aim to optimise consumer consumption via extensive data analysis. As a result, they are looking for a Technical Project Manager to manage and control the product development and launch from brief to creation through to initial testing phases. The role will involve; · Managing the product lifecycle from design to go-live · Managing internal and external stakeholders · Developing and manage the brand ethos of the product · Work with onsite and offshore teams for development · Manage timelines, budget and resources Key Responsibilities · Define scope of the project to be undertaken · Documenting requirements · Work with the client to from new ideas and encourage constant iterations · Play an advisory role to the client and prioritise the feature backlog where necessary · Identify out of scope and in-scope items · Manage estimation, impact and stakeholder approval of change requests · Work with various teams, primarily Design, Marketing and Technology. Engage with SME’s within each team · Creation of JIRA tickets, assignment of tasks and ensure JIRA boards are up to date and accurate · Conduct daily project stand-ups · Support the delivery team · Delivery in line with a client's expectations in terms of timeline, functionality and quality · Conducting UAT - Work with QA to ensure test cases are documented and approved · Knowledge of key technologies like Microsoft, Salesforce, CRM solutions, Inventory management, IOT etc. · Report on project risks, schedule, budget, conflicts and overall delivery progress · Develop RACI charts · Enforce risk mitigation · Manage dependencies and resolve issues · Carry out project retrospectives · Ensure there is sufficient contingency on project commitments to allow for any unforeseen delays Benefits Generous holiday allowance Pension Free fruit Mondays Subsidised Tastecard Subsidised restaurant Wellbeing Programme Reduced gym membership Cycle to work scheme Eye care and glass vouchers Childcare vouchers Season ticket loans This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89769774
