Senior Customer Success Manager / Client Success Manager- Central London Our client is a Gartner leading SaaS Artificial Intelligence software vendor for marketing based in central London: -Pre-IPO and headquarter in the US with over 250 employees; -Listed on Gartner Magic Quadrant; -Working with over 1200 clients across IT technology, education and automotive industries such as Mercedes-Benz, Akamai, Oracle, SAP, Talend etc.; -Providing cutting edge Al-driven technologies, natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning capabilities; -Growing and expanding very quickly with over USD 70 million funding They are looking for a senior customer success manager / client success manager to join their growing UK team in central London where you will report directly into the managing director in the UK and be part of the founding team in London to help driving customer growth, adoption and success: - Working closely with blue chip clients to maximise the full value of software suite and its integration; - Developing long term relationship with clients; - Involved in client on boarding and kick off meetings and managing solution implementation projects; - Helping growing client growth, providing product training and developing best practises; - Increasing customer retention and managing renewal process Requirements: Client Success Manager / Customer Success Manager -At least 3 years experience working as account manager or similar customer success manager or client success manager; -Previous working experience in SaaS or software or marketing automation or CRM or sales or lead management or IT technology is a big plus; -Understanding of SaaS software and SaaS model; -Track record of driving customer success, production expansion and renewals; -Experience in managing portfolio of 20 clients and £1M AR, experience in mid-market is a big plus Our client provides cutting edge Al-driven, NLP and machine learning technology and you will be a founding member of their EMEA team and playing a key part of company’s strong growth.
