Overview
Daytime Healthcare are working alongside a well established care home provider who are currently looking for Support Workers to join their team Supporting various individuals across Oswestry, Wem, Shrewsbury, Elsmere and Ludlow in their own homes. The individuals that you will support have acquired brain injuries, autism and complex needs. The shifts will either be fully at 1 service or half in 1 service and the other half in another service. This is due to not everyone you will support having 24/7 support hours. Assisting the individuals with their personal care and daily activities. Ensuing the residents receive high standards of care at all times. Requirements: Must be flexible with working hours over a 7 day rota, Monday - Sunday/ Day and Night shifts available.
