Daytime Healthcare are working alongside a well established care home provider who are currently looking for Support Worker's to join their team Supports adults with acquired brain injuries and complex needs in 9 self-contained flats and 1 person living in a home in the community. Assisting with daily activities and personal care. Ensuring the residents receive the highest standards of care at all times. Shift patterns can vary from days, evening, mids and some nights across 7 days, shifts may be split working with multiple people as not everyone requires 24/7 support.
