Part-Time Administrator Tues - Thurs 10.30am - 6.00pm Based: Tottenham Court Road, w1 Salary: £21,500 Immediate start Role and Responsibilities To provide a comprehensive range of administrative, business support and book-keeping services including executive support for Directors, and other senior managers within the group. For this position, you are required to use your organisational skills to manage your work area and your time, as you will collaborate with colleagues and customers in a fast-paced environment. Ultimately you are required to support senior managers and ensure day to day office operations run smoothly. To ensure correct management systems are accurately maintained in line with procedures defined, including the Consignment Admin File. Support and assist with the Consignment process To administer Vat Forms, and various other Consignee and Customer administration tasks To ensure all email correspondence are responded to and resolved in a timely and professional manner To produce End of Day Reports To ensure the daily cash takings are accounted for, logged and reconciled with EPOS and other management systems. To accurately generate and submit Payment Files to the Finance Team. To support, develop and maintain a filing system To organise the effective collation and distribution of correspondence and papers to ensure that items are both received, processed and dispatched timely and appropriately To open, sort and direct post and when appropriate direct it to a Manager or Director To assist in the management of files, stationery and equipment as required To assist in the disposal and archive process for confidential and non-confidential documents To assist in the office and store management processes and procedures To promote a positive and healthy work environment through mutual respect and teamwork with colleagues. To be an ambassador of the brand and represent it accordingly. Follow all companies policies and procedures From time to time you will be expected to provide other duties to support the requirements of the leadership team.
