Care Assistant – Stratford-upon-Avon - Permanent - £8.72-£9.15 Home is rated GOOD by the CQC This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a company that is a household name. Roles available - • FULL TIME DAYS – 36hrs hour per week. 8am-8pm, including every other weekend on a rota. Payrates - • Weekdays - £8.72/hr • Weekday Nights - £8.72/hr • Weekend days - £8.72/hr • Weekend nights - £9.15/hr Key Responsibilities • To provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans carefully and ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm and supportive. • To follow individual care plans for each resident, accurately maintaining appropriate records for both. Person specification (Care Assistant) • Care Experience is not essential; however a caring nature is crucial. Training will be provided. • Ideally have a NVQ2 in Health and Social Care, QCF or equivalent environment (not essential) • A willingness to develop new skills This is a fantastic opportunity; please apply online in the first instance.
