Quality Assurance Manager

Your new company Due to investment and expansion a market leading Food Production company in Dungannon are now recruiting for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager on a full-time, permanent basis working day shifts. Your new role Working in collaboration with a range of departments this role will be very 'hands-on' with the opportunity to mentor and develop a high-performing and effective Quality Team, promoting a highly competent Food Safety Culture throughout the location and working in partnership with your internal colleagues within production, engineering and supply chain to ensure the highest standards of quality are achieved at all times. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this position you will ideally have a recognised Qualification in a Food Science or related discipline. You will have at least 3 years' experience working in a Supervisory or Management position within Food Manufacturing. You will have a strong understanding of Food Safety & Quality processes, including HACCP. Experience of dealing with customer and 3rd party audits.
