Lettings Customer Services Coordinator Clifton, Bristol £21,000 (OTE 23k) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join our award winning, energetic and experienced client in their lettings team based in Clifton, Bristol. As a Lettings Customer Services Coordinator within the lettings team, the requirement is for a proactive, versatile and self-assured individual. The role focuses on progression of renewal tenancy agreements this will then lead to maintaining regular contact with Landlords and Tenants.
