Management Accountant

The SF Group is currently recruiting for an exciting Interim Management Accountant opportunity for a busy team in Central Derby Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, the role is varied and interesting, working with senior stakeholders across the organisation. Main responsibilities will include: - The provision of monthly management accounts, associated performance information and commentary on key financial and non financial indicators to facilitate management decision making. To ensure that this information is timely, accurate, consistent, complete and informative. This will include challenging the data and driving the analysis that feeds into the management accounts - Provide high quality analysis and insight of key issues and present suggestions for improving performance in a logical and compelling way - Identify emerging trends, areas for concern or further investigation; value creating opportunities or other areas of financial interest for the organisation - Deliver, maintain and improves reporting and analysis for all recurring finance activities, including the development of standard templates used by the Finance community Our client is requiring a fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant, who must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines whilst delivering to a high standard.
