Conveyancer

Conveyancer - Altrincham - Salary £35k Conveyancer required to join a highly regarded law firm with offices across the UK. The role is based in their Altrincham office. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex conveyancing cases to agreed operational standards. To manage the transactions pro-actively through to exchange and completion while delivering strong client service and developing established relationship with work providers. You will be a qualified solicitor or equivalent ie ILEX/Licensed Conveyancer or non-qualified fee-earner with strong background in residential conveyancing. You will be experienced in dealing with high value cases, unregistered title, leasehold, shared ownership and help to buy sales and purchases.
