What you'll be doing As a Resource Planner, you will be managing our dialler system and supporting with the effective operation of the business. You will be responsible for ensuring that all call traffic is monitored and managed, ensuring a smooth service for our customers. You will review statistics and data and look at ways of improving efficiency. For the position of Resource Planner we are looking for the below experience; You must have experience as a Resource planner or Analyst within a call centre.
