A leading specialist in the design, supply and installation of integrated AV systems. Due to continued success and growth of the business are seeking to recruit a senior AV on site Technician. The ideal candidate will have video conferencing and events experience.Based on clients site in Central London "On Site VC Experience" The Role: Providing all technical support in a friendly and instructional manner Manage all operational activity based at the client site To act as the client focal point for all day to day operational issues relating to the AV service and Events Management/Support of equipment including "on-the-spot" diagnosis and rectification of faults Preventative mainenance Audio /Video Patching New works installation & managemnt of AV consumables Management and support of all equipment on site and ensure KPI's and SLA's are delivered on time AV Installation and maintenance Benefits: This position will require some out of hours working and will include occassional weekends to support events 3% pension contribution (after 3 months probation period) 23 days holiday in first year (holiday years rising after length of service January to December) to 25 during 3rd year Death in service benefits (3 x annual salary) Private medical insurance (after 6 months probation period) Join a company who value you
