We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic Trainee Office Assistant to join our team based at our Filton branch in Bristol for 3 months initially. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who has some previous administration experience and is looking for a good all-round administrative insight to working within a small but busy team. The purpose of this role is to provide an efficient and effective administration support service for the branch. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Meet and greet new starters and escort candidates to interviews and trade tests Record absences and conduct return to work interviews Checking contractor clocking times Conduct inductions and exit interviews Assist with referencing, filing and other administrative tasks as required Taking telephone calls and assisting with contractor and client queries The suitable candidate for this role will have genuine interest in administration and be happy to work within a small team, demonstrating good organisational and communication skills with the ability to work to deadlines with attention to detail. Previous experience in an administration role is preferred, but full training will be given, however, a good understanding of all Microsoft Office packages is an essential requirement.
