Overview
An excellent role at a creative events agency, organising and delivering a range of events whilst ensuring an excellent level of service is provided to clients. The COMPANY A vibrant, well respected Creative Events Agency based in Windsor. The ROLE Be the main point of contact for client, venue, suppliers and DMCs for the duration of projects. Responsible for overall budget management for a diverse range of live events including product launches, automotive shows, conferences and gala awards dinners. Key Responsibilities - Supplier sourcing, negotiation and liaison Creation and management of all relevant documentation in line with internal processes to include; Project payment plan, project timeline and running order Creation and Management of proposals Attend client facing meetings including pitches and presentation Attend site visits as and when required Control and management of all Health and Safety documentation pre event and onsite Understand and management of overseas taxes and exchange rates Travel and Registration Management Client invoicing and raising of POs Onsite management UK and overseas The CANDIDATE The successful candidate will have a proven track agency record of successfully managing and delivering events end to end. A flexible attitude is needed as sometimes working unsociable hours away from home is required. Excellent client management skills are essential as is remaining calm under pressure along with the ability to juggle multiple projects at a time.
