Are you an experienced Salesforce Developer looking for your next challenge? Would you like to work for a global company with enterprise delivery experience across UK, Europe and Australia? If yes, then we have the perfect role for you? Our client is a Small consulting partner that consists of a team of around 30 people in the UK offices. Their clients work with them because they are different. They have the experience and deep product knowledge that comes from years of delivering diverse projects with large multinationals. While most people think you need to pay top rates to large public firms to get this experience, their clients know that they can deliver these results with the tailored, quality service of a small private firm. Applicants from the UK or Europe will be considered for this role. You must be eligible to work and travel freely. As the Salesforce Developer you'll work alongside the Sales & Consultant teams to implement new instances of Salesforce for our clients. You’ll be a skilled computer programmer who is comfortable with both front and back end programming. SKILLS Skills must include: - Previous experience in a relevant Salesforce development role - Strong organisational and project management skills - Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript - Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP and .Net EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS You must have experience of the following: - Understanding of the Salesforce architecture & ecosystem - Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as React - Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL RESPONSIBILITIES - Developing front end website architecture - Developing back end website applications - Ensuring cross-platform optimisation for mobile phones - Designing & integrating Salesforce API's with external systems - Translate functional requirements into technical requirements - Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices - Take ownership of project work and developing client relationships (should be a confident self-starter) - Write test classes for the class that you develop and ensure more than 80% code coverage - Meeting both technical and consumer needs QUALIFICATIONS - Degree in Computer Science (or similar) - Salesforce Platform Developer Certification (PD1)
