Overview
Marks Sattin are working exclusively with an organsation with offices in both Hunslet and Thorpe Park. They are a rapidly growing British Construction business that have created this new position to manage all of the transactional accounts. The team is small, and consists of the Finance Director, this position (Accounts Manager) and a few members of the admin team who will support finance. This is a standalone position so you would need to be confident in all of the below: Sales / Purchase invoicing (raising sales invoices and process purchase ledger, credits, nominal ledger and journal payments). Case sale invoices / petty cash Chasing debt Bank reconciliation Dealing with company bank accounts Paying bills VAT returns Ordering stationary Prepare month end reports Credit card statements Maintaining the cash flows forecasts.
