Management Accountant

Join a charitable organisation based in the heart of Worcester as their Management Accountant. You will become an integral part of a supportive and talented finance team and take the lead on the production of the management accounts. This is a highly technical role, with complexity in the financial structures, therefore you will need a thorough grounding and understanding of accounting principles and have the ability to apply these in the financial setup. Using your first class communication and presentation skills you will provide non-finance members of the team with useful and meaningful financial information. In this Management Accountant role you will get involved in the preparation of annual budgets as well as the maintenance and development of systems to deliver the most effective finance support to the organisation.
