Overview
Our SME client based in the Wentloog area of Cardiff requires a permanent, Part-Time Human Resources Manager on a 3 or 4 day week basis. Flexible on days and hours, the successful candidate will be a competent, CIPD qualified HR Generalist capable of hitting the ground from Day 1 whilst taking responsibility for a small team and all aspects of HR associated with approximately 100 staff. General HR Duties will include: ·Developing targeted recruitment campaigns for staff in line with the priorities set out in the People Plan ·Organising and coordinating all pre-employment and induction processes are undertaken efficiently and in accordance with Legal requirements and Procedures. -Ensuring that all records are up to date and HR have all necessary data. ·Monitoring the operation of HR policies and procedures and processes to support policy reviews and ensure fairness and consistency. ·Providing general advice, guidance and support on terms and conditions, management of attendance in accordance with legislation, policies and procedures. ·Fully participating in the performance appraisal process. -Conducting any relevant learning and development and training opportunities. Must be IT literate and have a good working practical knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel.
