Overview
Castle Technology division are looking for an IT technician to join a small and friendly IT team within a life sciences company. This is a diverse role and hands on role that requires being the first port of call for all IT queries within the office. Location: Wetherby Salary: £19,000 - £22,000 Job role Being the first point of contact either on the phone or face to face to manage all IT queries within the office Offering first line support day in day out to all users Using Microsoft technologies daily Have the opportunity to learn and expanding your IT skill set Working within a team of three to offer full IT support across all departments Looking for someone that has been in a 1st line support role or similar in the past or a graduate looking for their first role within the IT industry.
