Software Support Engineer - £30,000 to £38,000 flexible working The company are a global leader providing technology solutions to large organisations across the globe & are looking for a Software Support Engineer to join their business and be main point of contact for some of their clients. They are a great business and will provide you with lots of training and give you the opportunity to progress within their organisation. In the role you will be dealing with a select few clients to bug fix any issues that arise with their software products. If you have a background in software development/engineering you will also have the opportunity to get involved in any modifications that may be requested/needed by the clients. Part of the role will also involve you to advise on these areas and potentially identify any improvements that could be made. You will be required to go to clients site occasionally to represent the business, build the relationship with the client and on some occasions fix issues which may not be able to be resolved in the office. They are looking for someone with: Experience providing software / application support Background & knowledge of PL/SQL / Oracle / databases Excellent communication skills If you have experience with JavaEE - Great Ideally have a software / programming degree In return they will provide you with a salary of £30,000 - £38,000 plus other great benefits such as flexible working , private health , 25 days holiday bank holidays & life insurance Please apply if this role is of interest to you as the hiring manager is looking to shortlist for this position asap.
