Corporate Tax MANAGER

EAC are currently representing an innovative and prestigious Accountancy Practice on a new opportunity for a fully qualified Corporate and Business Tax Manager to join a highly reputable and well-established Organisation within Rickmansworth Our client is one of the top 40 Accountancy firms in the UK and is after an experienced Corporate Business and Tax Manager to join the Corporate and Business tax department. The practice has identified a need for an experienced qualified tax adviser with relevant experience in the tax affairs of companies, businesses and their owners. The role will be based in Rickmansworth but may involve working in the other offices from time to time. The role: Corporate Business and Tax Manager On Offer: Salary up to £85,000 benefits 28 days annual holiday Professional yet vibrant office Duties for a Tax Manager: Contribute to the general management of the corporate and business Tax division Managing the Tax process for new and existing clients Managing the delivery of the compliance function which covers corporate and income tax returns as well as ATED, NRLR, share returns and forms P11d Advising clients on Tax planning opportunities Attending and potentially running regular management meetings Offering your assistance with the training and development for the tax department Offering your support within the international network such as marketing campaigns and networking The ideal Tax Manager: Need to have CTA Qualifications and have previously worked in an accountancy practice Must have technical knowledge of Business and Corporate Tax Experience in Tax planning Ideally have experience with Alphatax and CCH systems Good working knowledge of research & development tax credits, capital allowances, farmers averaging, NRCGT, employment taxes, share options and venture capital Exceptional standard of written and verbal communication skills is essential Fantastic organisation and time management skills are required Proactively and professionally respond to the need's clients Hours: 9am - 5:30pm Location: Rickmansworth
