First Line IT Support Telford £20,000 - £25,000 Your new company Hays are currently recruiting for a First Line Support Agent for a well establish Telecommunications company based in Telford. Your new role Your role will involve Handling inbound fault calls from customers across our product and services portfolio. To effectively support field engineering teams within operations. Taking full ownership and accountability of customer faults through to a satisfactory resolution, delivering excellent customer service experiences. Processing adds and changes for customers changing requirements. Offering 1st line support to customers, rectifying common faults. Working with external customers, internal customers and 3rd party suppliers. Ensuring all stakeholders get the best possible experience. What you'll need to succeed Excellent communicator with customer focus, the ability to put the customer at the heart of everything we do. Demonstrate a positive outlook and be able to give and receive constructive feedback and lead by example. A desire to embrace technology, offering 1st line support for faults and fixing common problems quickly and efficiently.
