They are looking to recruit for a dedicated Registered manager to help oversee the running a Supported Living service in Northampton. They are also wanting this manager to become in the foreseeable future to be multisite. This role is a commissioning role, taking the service from implantation to full-service delivery. The first objectives will be recruitment and referrals and assessments and taking it through its first CQC inspection. Registered Supported Living Manager Key Responsibilities: You will support members of your staff team and motivate them to ensure that person-centred care is being delivered. Manage and lead of the new team of support staff Training, developing and motivating staff through example and attention to good working practice. You will be responsible for the operational management of the service Supervision, coaching, performance management and support of staff and students on placement Maintaining high standards of environmental safety/quality and ensuring a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere Commitment to delivering high quality care Delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service. Registered Supported Living Manager The ideal candidate will: We require somebody with experience in a similar role, with a minimum Level 4/5 in Health and social care. Communicating effectively and have a flexible and adaptable approach To have sound knowledge of CQC and other legislations/policies and procedures Have a level 3 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent. Have managed services for adults with Autism and other associated needs. It is essential to have experience in the learning disabilities and Autism. Must have experience of working within statutory agencies. Have strong people and communication skills. Have a minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience in the social care sector.
