Recovery Nurse

Service care solutions are currently recruiting for a Substance Misuse Nurse, for a Drug and Alcohol rehab. The role is based in Lancashire. This role is part time, 22.5 hours per week. You will be required to work long Days and nights. Please note this is a permanent vacancy. • Salary £27,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience, salary will be pro rata'd due to role being part time Daily requirements; •The perfect candidate will be expected to assess, plan and evaluate programmes of care for patients, taking into account the potential needs of individuals. •To provide nursing and psychological care for patients accessing substance misuse detoxification services, including issuing medication, harm reduction, BBV testing, screening and psychosocial support. •You will work closely with patients offering medical interventions and clinical therapies to support their journey from dependence to freedom.
