Overview
Bionical Solutions Ltd are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Nurse Scheduler to join the team at our head office based at Mercia Marina in Willington. This opportunity will require you to work closely with nurses/HCP's to ensure patients needs are met and kept to a high standard. We are looking for individuals who are organized, tech savvy and passionate about delivering a gold-standard service. You will be part of a helpful and dynamic team who are passionate about improving the well being of patients and put them at the centre of everything they do. So what will you be doing? Creating and organizing a daily schedule to provide to our team of nurses Communicating with nurses and other team members to establish trusting relationships and ensure the patients requirements are being met Reviewing processes to try and increase efficiency in things such as travel times for nurses and number of patient visits Being a point of contact/escalation point for nurses for any enquiries or issues relating to patient appointments Ensure that all duties are being carried out in compliance with the business's applicable quality processes and SOPs. What experience will you need?
