Overview
I am working on behalf of a reputable home care service provider that requires an experienced Registered Domiciliary Manager to oversee their branch in the Wolverhampton/Walsall areas area. The Company: The client is a fantastic domiciliary company and is continuously growing. The client is an established company that offers support to the elderly and disabled in their own homes. They are currently leading the field with their brilliant customer service and they believe that each customer is unique, with their own individual preferences and needs. They have over 100 services across the country The role: This role is based in the West Midlands branch. The role will require you to join the organisation and kick on from the already exceptionally high standards and achievements. You will be required to oversee the day to day running of the branch. Ensuring the service is compliant with continuous growth. The Person: You will be a strong & experienced Registered Manager and have a proven successful track record within producing rotas. You will have excellent leadership qualities, ability to time manage effectively and a desire to work to high standards and push yourself to better both the company and yourself. You will have the ability to come in and hit the ground running working off your own initiative.
