Position: Regional Care Manager- Learning Disabilities- North Devon £38k Location: North Devon Salary: Up to £38K Services: Learning Disabilities Sector - Supported Living Job Description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional Care Manager to join an exclusive care provider who manages supported living services for people with Learning Disabilities. The successful candidate will be an experienced people manager with excellent communication skills that is capable of leading and motivating a team. As Regional Care Manager you will be overseeing 9 services within the North Devon area. You will register as a managers as well as be a representative of finance, purchasing and quality. You will have experience of working as a senior manager within the care sector. Job Requirements: • Operational Management for a 9 services across the Region. • Staff management/appraisals/Training • Budgets/care plans/reviews/meetings • Multi-site management. • Working with people with Learning Disabilities Skills/ Qualifications: • Previous experience in multi-site management. • Ability to manage a region • Show good proof of previous working relationships • Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards • NVQ Level 5 or equivalent This role would be suitable for a Service Manager, Care Manager, Regional Care Manager, Area Manager.
