Overview

The Company We are proudly representing our public sector client based in Durham for their search for a part time Administrative Support Assistant. They now have an immediate requirement to recruit for a temporary assignment to start as soon as possible until May 2020. The Role To organise and distribute reports and information as appropriate to stakeholders/ partners To monitor and maintain central data bases relating to team information Provide general administrative support to the staff including organising meetings, arranging appointments, taking notes at meetings, making travel arrangements and other duties of a similar nature.
