Overview
I would like to bring to your attention an opportunity I have with a growing firm in Nottingham. They are looking to bring in an experienced and Level 4 Qualified Financial Adviser who has a strong understanding of retaining business with clients and has the ability to bring in new business to develop the client bank provided. They can pay an incoming adviser up too £50k basic and bonus is paid quarterly with a 2x validation structure for new business. An incoming adviser would be provided with a portfolio of clients to start off with but later in the year there will be an opportunity to inherit a larger amount of clients. The size of the client bank will be depending on the experience of the income adviser. As a firm they have doubled in size in the last 4 years and are looking to continue to grow. They can offer full paraplanning and admin support allowing you to fully focus on developing and retaining business with new and exciting clients. Additionally they will require advisers to be in the office on Monday mornings for meetings but apart from this are very flexible with adviser being home or office based. If you looking to further you knowledge and achieve Chartered Status they can offer full financial support to help you gain more qualifications. They have aspirations to be a chartered firm in the near future. The firm is looking to potentially start working with a lead company to bring even more new business in at the firm and they host client events and this generates good amount of leads from there advisers.
