Overview
We have an exciting new role for an Insolvency Litigator to join a well established law firm. Our client is looking to recruit an insolvency litigator from 2-6 years PQE to join and help develop their very successful and friendly Restructuring and Insolvency team. Our client has built a good reputation for their contentious practice. The team works with turnaround and insolvency practitioners, company directors, shareholders and other stakeholders on strategies for recovery and turnaround. The successful candidate will ideally have gained experience in a respected, established Leeds or regional practice with a background in insolvency litigation. Our client is looking for a candidate with broad contentious insolvency experience (with an emphasis on investigation and directors' duties and advisory experience). You will be given early responsibility and opportunities to develop client relationships. Candidates should be technically excellent, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. You should be a team player with a strong client focused approach. You should also have a good academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills Working hours are full time Monday - Friday with an excellent pay rate.
