Here's what you'll be doing: Provide an exceptional service to complainants whilst making them aware of the full policy and procedure involved with their complaint Acknowledge complaints promptly in written and verbal form Follow set time limits for responding to complaints Working within your agreed authority, resolve complaints by investigating the cause and gathering information from relevant departments before responding Ensure you follow TCF and FCA regulations when managing complaints Make suggestions for any improvements you see possible within processes and documentation to reduce complaints in future Manage all administration with handling complaints, for example arranging hire cars or vehicle transportation To be successful you'll have: Experience handling complaints in a motor finance company Understanding of TCF and FCA to ensure you treat customers fairly, whilst holding a track record for going the extra mile to make customers feel valued Confidence, patience and flexibility to connect with a wide range of people and adapt in a fast-paced environment Exceptionally high attention to detail and ability to learn quickly so that you can adapt to new concepts and systems Patience to remain calm under pressure, making you a great listener and able to communicate effectively with all customers, as well as your colleagues Are you interested to learn more?
