The post would equally suit an outstanding newly qualified or experienced teacher who has obtained a good degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. The ability or willingness to teach A Level Computer Science is desirable but not essential and they are committed to investing in your professional development. For NQTs, three weeks’ work in July is offered as an induction to the school. The School- Computer Science/IT Teacher You will join a well-established IT and Computer Science department as part of a supportive and aspirational team. The department has achieved an impressive pass rate in Computer Science with a remarkable 79% 9 – 7. The P8 score for the department was 1.06. At A level, the results were an ALPS 3 score with 91% A - C in (OCR) Computer Science.
