Overview
Leading law firm with several offices across the UK offering expert advice and support on a broad range of legal services to individuals and businesses are looking to recruit a senior corporate lawyer to move into a leadership role from day one based in their Birmingham city centre office. The firm's Birmingham corporate and commercial law team regularly acts for buyers, sellers and investors across a broad range of sectors. Their expertise broadly covers mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, reorganisations & demergers, Partnerships, joint ventures and shareholders agreements, Commercial contracts and agreements. The successful candidate will have at least 8 years PQE in corporate law and already be at senior or principal associate level. You will have significant experience of leading on a range of corporate transactions, but also of leading a team of corporate lawyers. You will be equipped with the ability to generate new work and have a proven track record of leveraging business from your existing network of clients. A portable client following isn't essential.
