Overview
An experienced Legal Cashier is required to join a multi-service law firm in the Manchester/Trafford area. This is a permanent, full time role in a very busy department. About the Role Working in a very busy department, the Legal Cashier will be responsible for: Daily banking Client & office accounts Processing payments BACS CHAPS Online banking Dealing with enquiries Assisting with month end/year end VAT Implementing procedures Process improvement Billing Disbursements Any other duties as required Candidate Profile The successful Legal Cashier will have: Prior experience as a Legal Cashier Proficiency in using the Proclaim system Thorough knowledge of Solicitors accounts rules Job Offer There is a salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum on offer for this Legal Cashier opportunity. This role is full time but the firm are also prepared to discuss a different working pattern.
